Design47 Group has a NO Refund Policy, unless specifically mentioned on an individual physical product page.
Our services are custom product delivery, and based on Custom produced Hand-painted Oil Paintings and Canvas Prints.
Painting orders are custom prepared and are immediately going into production upon a valid payment has been received. Such services cannot be cancelled or refunded unless specified below.
Design47 – Uniqueness will honor a 7 day period following the delivery of the print or painting for any issues within the control of Design47 or the Canvas Producer, this includes any product defects, assembly issues, damages while in transit.If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product you purchased, and this is due to factors under our control, we will replace your purchase. For factors that we don’t control, such as you selected the wrong size, or any proofs that have been previously approved, we will strive to find a solution. For any issues with your order, contact our service within 7 days of delivery.
Cancellation
All of our orders are custom prints and paintings and not mass produced products that can be resold after production has started. Once production has been started, we cannot cancel any order without incurring a fee from the Canvas Printing or Painting company, which is 50% of the value of the order.
Return Procedures
To qualify for a replacement for any purchase which meets the required defaults, you must receive an approved RMA (Return Manufacturers Authorization) for all returns. Please contact our Customer service team for additional details and qualifications. Proof of the damage or issues with the print must be provided for an approved RMA. Once the customer service team has completed an evaluation of your claim, we may issue a return authorization or replacement. Please note that these requested RMA’s will need to be communicated with all parties such as the carriers, customers and Art Producer companies.
If any of the Design47 products are offered as a subscription service, a customer may cancel anytime their subscription, however, there is NO partial refund available for previous terms.

- As stated: Client explicit agrees that there is a NO refund policy, on all services as they are going into manual production. If an order has not been started with the Artist, then a Client may terminate such order without any cancellation fees. When it is a Custom Portrait Order, then Client will receive an email with the painting image for proof, and any revision if requested, before shipping.
- Physical Products listed in the Design47 Store: Client explicit agrees that there is a NO refund policy, on all physical products listed in the Design47 Store at Design47.art, and listed as Reproduction Oil Paintings. Client understands, that upon placing an order with completed payment, the order will go into production for the desired painting. When Client cancels before delivery at production facility is initiated, only the current shipping expenses ($22-$38) can be refunded, since no delivery took place. Client must immediately inspect painting with careful unpacking, and report via email to support@Design47.art with detailed description.
